Emily Richards, BA’96 (Brescia) is a professional home economist, food connoisseur and cookbook author of several cookbooks, including her most recent Get in the Kitchen and COOK!

Richards also creates recipes for notable Canadian magazines and companies such as the LCBO’s Food & Drink, Today’s Parent, Longo’s Experience magazine, the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Egg Farmers of Canada, Dairy Farmers of Canada and Maple Leaf Prime Chicken and Pork. She is a former host of Canadian Living Cooks on the Food Network.
